Brian is the driving force behind the client partnerships at Ehlevate Talent. With over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry, he has built a reputation for tenacity, high-speed execution, and a "get it done" mindset that ensures no search goes unfinished.
Starting his career as an Account Executive in 2012, Brian realized early on that the best results come from direct, honest collaboration. He excels at understanding the complex needs of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Construction, and Tech organizations and translating those needs into high-performing teams.
Known for his "go-getter" energy and relentless pursuit of the right fit, Brian founded Ehlevate Talent to bring accountability and Authentic Interaction™ back to the forefront of the search industry.
When he’s not in the trenches for his clients, Brian is a family man who values the same deep, long-term connections in his personal life that he builds in his professional one.

David brings a rare combination of technical depth and human insight to the Ehlevate Talent leadership team. With 14 years of experience in recruitment—including a tenure as Vice President of Recruiting—David has mastered the art of "The Search."
While many in the industry rely on surface-level automated matching, David’s approach is rooted in the "Deep Dive." He is the architect of Ehlevate’s Authentic Interaction™ methodology, focusing on high-level talent strategy and rigorous candidate evaluation. Known for his calm, easy-going nature and listening-first approach, David has a unique ability to build trust with high-level candidates and uncover the motivations that keywords miss.
For David, recruiting is about the person behind the paper. He joined Ehlevate Talent to ensure that every partner receives a human-led, strategic experience that drives real organizational growth.
Outside of the office, David is a dedicated family man and a lifelong learner—often found with a book in hand (though Brian has finally convinced him to move his reading from his truck to his desk).
